Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and general labor.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project instructions.
- Move heavy objects and materials as required by daily tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
