Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding and framing.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials according to blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity estimation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
