Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project standards
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Maintain organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
- Complete accurate timekeeping and progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
