Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and site supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians)
- Load/unload construction materials
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible schedule including weekends/early mornings
- Basic hand tool experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Steel-toe boots required (provided if needed)
