Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, sawing, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure accident-free work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended shifts.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
