Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under strict supervision.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver’s License is required (CDL preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA guidelines).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
