Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and earthwork as required.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to complete projects accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
