Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare work zones by clearing debris and materials
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Read basic blueprints and project plans
- Report safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check
