Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Perform measurements, cutting, and fitting materials as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Assist in framing, roofing, or concrete work based on project needs.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and noisy environments.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating quantities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
