Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, concrete finishing, and general site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform basic measurements and cuts for materials as directed by foreman.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or a related skilled trade is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is required for site access.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
