Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) safely and correctly.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (OSHA preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
