Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment (training provided upon hiring).
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and materials using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for long periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
