Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleanup.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
- Transport materials between storage areas and the work site as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
