Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unconstruction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespersons with construction tasks
- Follow blueprints and site manager instructions precisely
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurement
