Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and maintain project timelines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Oakland
