Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols strictly
- Support demolition, excavation, and finishing work as assigned
- Participate in team-based projects to meet daily production goals
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
