Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, jackhammers, and power washers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and waste.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, rain, cold).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and estimating quantities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
