Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily onsite duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Support daily project milestones and assist with site preparation.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
