Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging construction materials and tools on site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under the direct supervision of foremen.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site regulations strictly.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Perform minor site preparation and cleanup duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
