Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Tool Assistance: Hold and hand tools to skilled tradespeople as directed, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to comply with safety regulations.
- General Labor: Perform various physical tasks including mixing concrete, sanding, and cleaning equipment.
- Communication: Relay information between crew members and supervisors clearly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for Part-Time shifts, including weekends or early mornings as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Safety Conscious: Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of showing up on time and working well in a team.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
