Your Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople and ensure our sites remain safe, organized, and productive.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and jackhammers.
- Assist in excavation, grading, and concrete pouring under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform basic carpentry, framing, or drywall installation tasks as directed.
- Break up concrete, asphalt, or other materials using chisels, hammers, or other tools.
- Transport materials to and from the site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and site cleanliness.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
