Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials and equipment safely.
- Operate hand and power tools, following all safety protocols.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
