Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and general site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific safety protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on construction equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
