Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment with precision and care.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting as directed by the site supervisor.
- Transport debris and waste from the work area to designated disposal sites.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the construction site.
- Previous experience in construction is a plus but not strictly required.
