Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely.
- Ensure a clean and organized job site by sweeping, hauling debris, and managing waste.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load and unload trucks with construction materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school background is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in San Francisco.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
