Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
