Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties as directed.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Unload and stock construction materials at the job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
