Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain job site cleanliness and proper waste disposal procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to travel between Albuquerque and Texas sites
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
