Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for foundations and utilities.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Mix concrete, sand, and gravel for building projects.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate basic construction equipment (if certified).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
