Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation (scaffolding, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with project tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans precisely
- Report hazards and maintain daily equipment logs
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and demolition work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class B preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- 1+ years of construction experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
