Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts)
- Install/assemble temporary structures and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with precision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with material handling
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
