Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) efficiently
- Mix/pour concrete and spread asphalt as needed
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout measurements
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
