Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with construction activities
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
