Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handlingOperate hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels)Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sitesLoad/unload construction materials and debrisRead and interpret basic blueprints and instructionsAssist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

- High school diploma or GED preferred
