Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on job sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project plans.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and pouring concrete.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required but a plus).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
