Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and general labor.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site prep work, including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Assist in general cleanup and demolition when required.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
