Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including mixing concrete, hauling materials, and operating power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand project requirements.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, and temporary structures.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in excavation, grading, and site preparation under the supervision of foremen.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA preferred).
