Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general labor duties including digging, carrying, and cleanup
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
