Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, trash disposal, and sweeping.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
