Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Support carpenters and masons with tasks
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup
Qualifications
- 1+ years construction labor or related experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic tool proficiency required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Physical stamina for outdoor conditions
