Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery (forklifts, saws, etc.)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and proper waste disposal
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 construction certification or willingness to obtain
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 4 PM)
