Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks on residential/commercial projects
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with certification
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project execution
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction specifications
- Manage material inventory and coordinate supply deliveries across multiple job sites
- Lead weekend crew briefings and ensure daily productivity targets are met
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience with weekend/shift work history
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required
- Valid Class B CDL license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and measurement equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- NCCER or equivalent trade certification preferred
