Our team values safety, precision, and collaboration. You'll gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction while working alongside industry professionals. Weekend shifts run Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime potential. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and tool management
- Operate light machinery (saws, drills, compactors) following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related field experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
