Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Support skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding duties
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-4pm
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
