Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision under supervisor guidance
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Collaborate with skilled tradespersons on complex construction sequences
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' construction labor experience in commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
