Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and earthwork operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA compliance
- Install formwork, rebar, and concrete finishing tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades on complex construction sequences
- Maintain equipment functionality through daily inspections
- Complete quality assurance documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A or B CDL preferred
- Expertise in concrete finishing and structural framing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for 8-12 hour weekend shifts
- Knowledge of California building codes
