Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat (Phoenix climate)
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts on weekends
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
