Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and move materials using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Assist in site preparation, grading, and concrete pouring
- Install temporary structures and safety barriers
- Perform cleanup and debris removal after daily operations
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
