Responsibilities
- Execute general labor tasks including site preparation, debris removal, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with equipment operation and tool management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Maintain clean and organized work zones throughout shift rotations
- Perform light equipment operation (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) as trained
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Columbus metro area
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
