Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Demolish structures and clear debris per safety protocols
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-4PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Drug-free and background check compliant
